Architectural Photography

Historical Transformations

the modern day history distillery district in Toronto Ontario I've always had a fascination with architecture.  I notice how some buildings surpass others, while many get transformed with many generations. Some keep their architectural integrity while being renovated to fit contemporary times. As as I walk or bike ride in different neighbourhoods to explore the city I notice the various structures and materials. I am constantly comparing and admiring. Each unique community I have seen has homes that have gone through some incredible transformations. I have my own ideas for renovations sometimes. I would love to have the finances to purchase and restructure local areas and favourite buildings while keeping the architectural integrity.  Some areas such as the Distillery District has learned to keep the importance of historical integrity in which we can all benefit today.

Photo Contests - Win an Apple iPad2

I swore I hated going through renovations and would never do it again.  But with this photo contest House For Renovation I don't mind. The contest wants to see pics of homes on your street in need of assistance.  This is a chance for me to explore my hood and look for rundown houses.    This photo contest offers all photographers of different levels a chance to win an Apple iPad 2 to enjoy. The judges will determine the best photo and give the iPad2 to the winner thanks to Toronto mortgage broker.   This mortgage broker take home and house goals seriously and with class. The lucky photo contest winner will be announced on New Years day on the Lenzr blog.

$250 Photography Agreement

This photo contest is a bit difficult, only if you don't know where to find piles of merchandise.  Lenzr is looking for a photography license agreement with the owners of the best photos for the Warehouse Stockpiles photo contest to use for their production planning web page.   If you know a person who works in a warehouse let them know, so they can take their camera to work.  Stacks of merchandise can be captured to win this cash agreement.  This contest you can add to your art portfolio in the new year. Solarsoft wants to use the winning photos professionally on their website. $250 for each photo license agreement will be awarded to the best photo.  Give it a try, get a warehouse tour.  This is a good chance for the serious minded photography lovers to gain some well deserved recognition.

Our Daily Bread and Organic Ingredients

We all love bread in our daily meals.   The traditional food comes in many different forms including raisens, whole wheats, cheese, and olive.  The judges of this photo contest involving one of the oldest foods is looking for great photos where bread is somehow involved. I'm sure their will be many imaginative shots entered. An organic ingredients company is helping out Lenzr and they are offering a professional Breadman breadmaker machine.  The winner can use the amazing prize to make their own delicious bread creation. Take some shots of sandwiches in the lunch room at work if you feel brave.  This food has a rich history and many memories attached to it.

Halloween Cash or Candy Photos

Children love the end of October in North America when they can dress up and live their fantasies for the night and get some sugary treats walking door to do.  There are lots of parties for adults too.  Costumes become creative and teams of people dress up together.  Last year I saw a hot dog with his pals, mustard, ketchup and relish.  I didn't see any pickles on the side. I wish I had my camera with me for this contest entry.  This trick or treat season could be a real sweet treat with 250 dollars of cash or candy to the prize winner.  Homemade HALLOWEEN Costumes is a fun photo contest. Dress up or down and take those digital pics to upload for free. Lenzr judges will determine the winner of the $250 in cash or candy thanks to the social media contests who like making life more fun.
